Rape-accused Met Police officer will spend Christmas at home
A Metropolitan Police officer accused of raping a woman at a five-star London hotel will spend Christmas at home. PC Adam Zaman, 28, denies attacking the woman while off-duty at the Andaz Hotel in Liverpool Street on October 24. He has been suspended from his post with Scotland Yard, which he has held since 2016, and the matter has been referred to the Independent Office for Police Conduct.
